Fall 2016 round of the Neighborhood Opportunity Grant is now open!
The fall 2016 round of the Neighborhood Opportunity Grant program opened September 1 and will close Friday, September 30 at 5pm.
What does the Neighborhood Opportunity Grant fund?
CCF’s Neighborhood Opportunity Grant provides mid-range grant funding from $5,000 - $20,000 to organizations that support and promote neighborhood capacity building initiatives that engage and empower neighborhood residents in building productive, healthy, and connected communities. A project should be led by, or done in partnership with, a neighborhood association and must fully engage residents. Applicants must demonstrate they have approval by the neighborhood association board and residents.
Who is eligible?
To qualify, applicants must be a 501c3 organization (or partnered with a 501c3) located in the CCF focus area in Kansas City, Missouri. Grant recipients are required to raise a portion of their grant from crowdfunding using the ioby crowdfunding platform.
